Recently renovated, the attic is composed of a living area with kitchen and bathroom with shower. The room with an exposed wooden ceiling creates a romantic atmosphere, and the decor is modern. The studio is about 50 square meters. It has private parking and a solarium area.
It is recommended for people up to 1.80 m tall or shorter.
The location area is in the Village of Priezzo and is quiet and secluded.

We inform all our guests that our agency manages the rent of Holiday properties. And, as required by law, we do not provide any hotel services. Listed in our accommodations there are the essential supplies we provide to the accommodations : Check in service from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, final cleaning, bed and bath linen, and the first supply of toilet paper. No other amenities provided. Thus no food, personal or household hygiene products.
