Corner terraced house of 80 sqm in the municipality of Tremosine sul Garda, located in a quiet and panoramic area. It is situated in the residential complex "Ulivi" and is spread over two floors.
The house consists of a living area and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a storage room. It has a balcony and a large terrace (approximately 100 sqm). The finishes and furnishings are well-kept, and the kitchen and bedrooms are new. A fantastic panoramic terrace offers a view of the agricultural areas that slope down to the lake.
Ideal for large families, it is spacious and peaceful. It is just a few minutes away from the beach of Campione, a famous multi-activity spot for water sports on Lake Garda. It is suitable for windsurfing, kitesurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing, canoeing, or simply swimming in the crystal-clear waters of this part of the lake. The house is located in the heart of one of the most exciting regions for mountain biking, hiking, or easy walks. You can easily reach the highest peaks, including Mount Tremalzo (1950 m) and Mount Caplone (2000 m), through picturesque old white roads from the First World War or scenic trails, and discover all the best historical sites and viewpoints in the area.
We inform all our guests that our agency manages the rent of Holiday properties. And, as required by law, we do not provide any hotel services. Listed in our accommodations there are the essential supplies we provide to the accommodations : Check in service from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, final cleaning, bed and bath linen, and the first supply of toilet paper. No other amenities provided. Thus no food, personal or household hygiene products.

Sehr geehrter Kunde, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. es tut uns leid, dass Sie Probleme mit der Wohnung hatten. Die Wohnung hat zwei Etagen und der untere Teil ist unterirdisch, weshalb man ein wenig riechen kann, aber wir haben verschiedene Parfumsee more
Sehr geehrter Kunde, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. es tut uns leid, dass Sie Probleme mit der Wohnung hatten. Die Wohnung hat zwei Etagen und der untere Teil ist unterirdisch, weshalb man ein wenig riechen kann, aber wir haben verschiedene Parfums verwendet und daher gibt es keinen schlechten Geruch. Auch das Bett ist neu, es wurde gerade gewechselt. und die Innentreppe ist etwas schmal, aber um das Erdgeschoss zu erreichen, gibt es Außentreppen, die breit und bequem sind. die Schere in der Küche wurde zusammen mit dem Küchenbesteck gefunden. die Wassertemperatur im Erdgeschoss braucht länger zum Aufheizen aber einfach 5 Minuten warten und es wird heiß. Um diese Art von Unannehmlichkeiten zu vermeiden, bitten wir unsere freundlichen Gäste, sich mit uns in Verbindung zu setzen, um die Probleme zu lösen. Danke.

Il gestore della proprietà era molto cordiale e disponibile. Avevamo dei problemi con il televisore e sono venuti subito a risolvere il problema. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è ben arredata e spaziosa.
